‘Harry’ decided to hang out and create a living space, public nuisance at Kekaulike Mall. He’s been moving the old furniture from one side of N. Hotel St. to the other side. CW member had to flagged down a HPD patrol car on N. Hotel to address ‘Harry’ who was sleeping on the couch, surrounded by trash. Per the officer’s request, he left and likely to return later/tonight to his pile. Wouldn’t it be nice to have less ‘Harry’ on the streets so HPD can address more pressing issues?
