Why do some people feel entitled to park and take an ADA parking stall from those that need it most? Today, 1/22/2021 around 11:30a this black Fiat SFS-797 decides to park in a ADA stall with no disabled placard; HPD officer was flagged over and a citation was immediately issued. Ouch $250 as ADA parking is a big deal. Sadly this happens quite often as many drivers think it’s ok to park and quickly get in and out these ADA stalls picking up leis, produce, etc. C’mon people be considerate of others and don’t park in ADA stalls. Don’t park in unmarked curbsides and commercial loading spaces, vendors are coming into Chinatown to deliver and need those stalls to unload and leave.
