Video shows two ladies each hold a bag or two of rice walking through Chinatown.. hmmm.. except we know she doesn’t cook as she doesn’t have a kitchen as she doesn’t have home, she is living on the streets. Hmmm, why buy so much rice?
‘celebrity’ known homeless lady, Rayann was observed by CW member pushing a hand truck with 5 bags then minutes later carrying 2 bags of raw Jasmine rice along the Kekaulike Mall. CW Member followed her for 3 minutes into Maunakea Marketplace where she and the otherhomeless lady, who’s also carrying a bag transact a sale for the 3 bags of rice to a male who gave them cash. He’s getting a good price on some rice. She’s got cash to spend.
Guess it’s ok for Rayann and others to buy food and resell it for cash; guess these EBT card users would rather take the cash and buy what they really need- drugs and alcohol.
