African American elderly male with no teeth & very dark skin deals drugs at TheBus stop #50, which is at 140 N. Hotel Street. He is normally there from 7:30 am till about 10:00 am everyday that I am aware at this time and he normally sits on the round stone seat. His normal clienteles are homeless. Most of the vendors are already intimidated by him & his buddies so he tries to help out by cleaning the immediate area by sweeping the ground to be friendly. He also chases away the homeless that are crazy that will never buy drugs from him. The vendors are already intimidated by him and do not want any trouble so they just ignore him. When someone comes to buy drugs he will sell at the spot when there are lots of people but if not much people to place a cover for him, then he will take them in the Maunakea Market Place and make the deal. He is there everyday and he rarely misses a day. If you watch him in action, you will find that he is dealing at a good location for him. This has been reported to the narcotics, which they just make a note and normally no action is taken unless someone in a group like yours makes an issue.
