4 people all drinking with alcohol purchased at Maunakea Liquor and dealing drugs. The police drove by on. Maunakea St. and didn’t look or chose not to intervene. 911 finally showed up 30 minutes later. This is right across from Mental Health Kokua. 2 of the people are their clients.
