HOmeless man living on Maunakea Street sidewalk for months. Drinking all day, babbling, yelling, blocking the sidewalk. Parks himself in front of open shops in the vicinty of River of Life and Maunakea Liquors. Disorderly conduct throughout the day. Police and social services people “talk” to him. No consequences. He’s still here, choosing this lifestyle disrupting our businesses.
Why does he get to publicly break the law all day every day, hurt our businesses (except the liquor store), and spread disease in our neighborhood with his bodily wastes ???
