Another day, 2/16/2023 and another ” drinking party ”
Seems like the police and neighborhood is numb to having music and loud conversation ongoing on a public sidewalk in Chinatown.
CW member observed for nearly 20 minutes and noted TWO different police cars driving by, looks over and drives on. CW member even heard a F- U- from this group as the police drives away.
10 minutes later CW member calls the police to address the drinking in public and blocking the sidewalk. Let’s see how soon they will be back at it.
