Every social service agency in Chinatown area knows who he is. They send staff to talk to him. He declines their help. He chooses to be homeless in Chinatown. River of Life feeds him. Maunakea Liquors keeps him in beer. He shouts and swears at the officers who bust him for drinking, peeing in the street & other disorderly conduct.
