Not sure why an HPD officer informs this guy that it is ok to dump out his contents from an aluminum alcoholic beverage can into a plastic Coke bottle. Drunk dude dumps out the coke and (seen here) starts to pour the booze into the coke bottle.
What’s wrong with this ‘contact’ by the HPD officer in car #1637 at 3/8/2021 at 16:05. So it’s ok to publicly drink alcohol on Kekaulike Mall (considered a city park)?
