Sick and/or high, filthy, writhing on ground, babbling. It’s hard for every local business to come back from COVID. Ridiculously hard for Chinatown businesses to make ends meet with crazy homeless people scaring our customers away. How can Mayor Caldwell allow this? He said loves Chinatown. Huh?
