Scary creep who is a known homeless (sleeps on the River St), and likely high on drugs and/or alcohol was in the Maunakea Food court, he scares away the 3 workers in the food stall at the Maunakea Marketplace. Video shows he doesn’t want to leave even when no one is around to serve him. Took him 20 minutes to finally leave as CW member and (volunteer) security person told him to not bother the food stall. HPD called but he left before they arrived.
It’s tough running a small business in Chinatown, Maunakea Marketplace allows small business operators to sell food even during these challenging times.. Having creeps like this does not help business and scares away customers and even the workers.. Sad these people are allow to roam homeless, sick and a public nuisance.
