known homeless and mentally unstable ‘Connie’ walks into the secured lobby and wanders around this residential building until building management was alerted and escorted off the property. Video shows she runs up to the door, grabs it open as a resident is leaving the building. Resident felt scared however should have not opened the door allowing Connie to barge in. Resident was advised of the incident and knows better now.
