It’s lunchtime in Chinatown. While people stroll to restaurants and merchants sell their ware, this fool is sloshing up and down Maunakea Street drinking beer, yelling and harassing people. So disgusting! Horrible for our merchants! He was in and out of Maunakea Liquors all morning. Stood in front of shops on Maunakea Street drinking, babbling and swearing. Just another day of hell for Chinatown residents, merchants, visitors and workers.
