mid afternoon; 2:30p, 2/4/22 two HPD officers foot chasing him on N. Hotel St. Bystanders help by blocking his path along N. Hotel St he ends up in stuck in a shop inside Maunakea Marketplace. Kudos’ officers for taking another criminal off the streets.. of course he’s innocent until proven guilty!..
