Toyota Camry (license plate TWU-040) busted for illegally parking in an ADA stall on 10/18/21 8:35a.
It was not nice as there was no ADA stalls available when an actual ADA parker pulled in; she waited 10 minutes for another ADA stall to open up.
btw this photo shows HPD gifting this illegal parker a $260 citation. Busted!
