It doesn’t make sense, the city spent money fixing up the park; water the grass make it green so that the homeless can enjoy. The City instructed people do not feed the homeless or give them new tents, the City trying to force them to go into indoor shelter.Yet the City allows some church group feed the homeless at A’ala park; the church bring all the food, table with table clothes , chairs and guitar to entertain them. But, one thing they did not bring is the portable toilet. After they eat, they shit over the public sidewalk.
