BOLO alert… Be On The Lookout..
few weeks ago, this individual local male, we believe living on the streets went into a Chinatown shop and decided to hit a shopkeeper in the head with a coconut. Yes, this shop sells coconuts. EMS and HPD was called. Sadly the shopkeeper doesn’t want to do much and this individual was later released and still roams around Chinatown. Be careful with yet another unstable individual.
