9:12a Friday 5/7/2021 and this dude just sleeps in the middle of the sidewalk and the front of this bus stop fronting Chinatown Gateway Plaza’s N. Hotel St. side. Interesting there’s a security guard, likely waiting for TheBus ride. Homeless people sleeping and blocking the sidewalk seems to be the norm and does not phases anyone.
