1/6/23 a swarm of HPD officers, 6 cars with 6 officers came to arrested this suspect on Kekaulike Mall; suspect was taken out of the patrol car as another patrol car drove by along N. Hotel St. to ‘I.D.” guessing that the suspect likely assaulted the other male in the patrol car that drove by.
