11/21/21 morning Ali’i security and CW member checking in on this apparent homeless woman lying down at this busy bus stop on North Hotel St
After 5 minutes of negotiation and listening to gibberish, the Ali’i security guard and CW member was able to get this woman off the ground however she was yelling and screaming. CW member makes the call to leave her be as she was starting to pack and got off the ground.
Hours later CW member checks in and finds the same homeless woman sitting at the bus stop.
Wonder how long more she will be at the bus stop? Why doesn’t HPD or OTS do more to get rid of these individuals who are making it miserable waiting for the bus?
