Witness reported Saturday afternoon 7/30/22 around 2p a ‘Micronesian male approx 5’6 130-150 lbs in blue walking along N Hotel St with a axe in hand. Moments late he throws it (for no apparent reason) up at a second floor apartment window shattering the window. and ending up in the apartment.
